OPEN SCIENCE: WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR SCIENTISTS?

Nowadays there is a strong movement towards open science. This means open access to papers, data sharing, code sharing. This is meant to increase the reproducibility and transparency of science. However there are other issues to consider.  I reflect on the darker side of Open Science in this short talk I gave at the last meeting from the AgreenSkills program. The organizers of the meeting have provided us with the link to the presentation if you are interested.
